Overview

In general, facts and research have shown that the welfare of the European Union is disturbed by criminal incidents. Police forces face daily acts of crime, such as intentional homicide and assault, drug trafficking, human and illegal firearm trafficking, and other forms of illicit activities associated with the presence of organised crime groups (OCGs) in the EU.The overarching objective of LAW-GAME is to train police officers on the procedure, enhancing the transition between the theory and real-life practice through gamification technologies in a safe and controlled virtual environment. To achieve this, the project introduces an attractive approach for assisting the development of core competencies required to perform intelligence analysis through a series of AI-assisted procedures for crime analysis and the prediction of illegal acts, all within the LAW-GAME game realm.
