The LAW-GAME Project Consortium successfully kicked-off its workings on 6th & 7th September 2021
The Kick-off Meeting of LAW-GAME EU H2020 Project successfully took place on Monday 6th & Tuesday 7th September 2021, welcoming over 50 participants from across 11 European countries. During the meeting, the LAW-GAME partners had an opportunity to meet each other, albeit virtually due to the limitations for hosting a physical meeting due to the pandemic, and presented their involvement and expected workings on the project. The Partners were introduced to the core aspects of the project as well as the various work packages and discussed the collaboration needs to deliver an astounding end result. The meeting also welcomed an introduction by the appointed EC Officer of the Project and was a great opportunity for partners to socialise with members of the EC.
Dedicated workshops and presentations on the technological advancements to be achieved throughout the project duration were hosted by the relevant partners and thorough descriptions were offered.
The meeting served as an opportunity for partners to engage with the project consortium and participate in open discussions focusing on the project’s primary purpose: to enhance Law Enforcement Agents’ training experience using the latest technological advances in Serious Games, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Human Modelling, social and secure cloud systems, and other high-end and emerging technologies.
The Kick-off Meeting was organized and hosted by the European University Cyprus as the project coordinator as a two-day virtual event.
